1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service at S L Lexus Men’s Salon (“the Salon”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Appointments and Walk-ins

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

• We operate primarily on an appointment basis but accept walk-ins when available.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment.

• If you are late by more than 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

• No-shows may result in denial of future booking privileges.

• Frequent no-shows or late cancellations may require a pre-payment deposit.

4. Payments

• All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and subject to change without notice.

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments where applicable.

• Tips or gratuities for staff are at the client’s discretion.

5. Refund and Service Policy

• Due to the personal nature of grooming services, refunds are generally not available once a service is performed.

• If you are dissatisfied, please notify the salon manager before leaving the premises so that corrective action can be taken.

• Product sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

6. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to service.

• The salon maintains strict hygiene standards in line with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations.

• Any abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate refusal of service and possible reporting to authorities.

7. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any property brought into the premises.

8. Children and Guests

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Non-serviced guests are requested to remain in the waiting area.

9. Promotions and Loyalty Programs

• All promotions, discounts, and loyalty offers are subject to specific terms.

• The Salon reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy Policy

• Client information is collected solely for service and communication purposes.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Salon, its owners, and staff shall not be held responsible for:

• Any allergic or adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed conditions or client negligence;

• Damage to hair, skin, or property caused by client misuse or failure to follow post-service care instructions.

12. Changes to Terms

S L Lexus Men’s Salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be displayed on the salon premises or provided upon request.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.
